What are your business hours?
Our Online Support Team is available from Mondays to Fridays (9AM to 5PM) and Saturdays (9AM to 1PM). We are offline on Sundays and non-working holidays.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we don’t. We are exclusively available online via humi.ph and thegoodtrade.ph. We occasionally join pop-ups, details of which are announced on our Instagram page.
Do you have a stockist?
Yes. We have made select styles exclusively available only through The Good Trade.
When will you restock a certain style?
Around 80% of our designs are produced on a limited quantity and will not be restocked. If you see a product with the “Email me when available” button, it means it is being evaluated for restock and will be finalized once we have enough customers subscribing to that button.
Do you do collaborations and pull-outs?
Yes. We’re always on the lookout to collaborate with purposeful and like-minded brands. Email us your proposal at hello.shophumi@gmail.com. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to place priority on brands whose values, we feel, are not aligned with ours.
