Basics

Our bags and slings usually range from Php 1,500-2,500 whereas accessories go for Php 1,000 and below.

The best and most secure way to order any of our styles is through www.humi.ph!

1. Browse through our available styles.
2. Tap “Add to Cart”.
3. Proceed to checkout when ready to make your payment.
4. Check for payment details that have been automatically emailed to you within seconds upon placing your order. All payments must be settled within 3 days to keep your reservation.

Most of our bags and slings can fit your phone and/or laptop/tablet. We’ve indicated the dimensions of each style on their respective product pages so you can double check if they can fit the gadget or essentials you’d want to put inside.

Please note, however, that while our bags can fit most laptops, they are not to be considered as laptop bags. Any bag without the proper padding and reinforcement for heavy gadgets may lead to faster wear and tear. We still recommend using bags or sleeves made specifically for laptops to ensure maximum protection and durability.

We use locally sourced premium vegan leather and high quality cotton fabric for our collection.

All styles reflected here at humi.ph are available on hand and are updated real time. Those that have gone out of stock or are available for pre-order will be marked accordingly. Styles no longer visible on our website have been most likely discontinued but you may also DM us to make sure :)

We usually restock within 8-12 weeks unless otherwise noted. We work in small batches so it takes time for us to bring back your staples; hence, we strongly recommend adding them to cart as soon as you see them available on the site.

Styles tagged as “limited edition” or on “final sale” are not available for restock.

Yes, we are :) Note, though, that we have no control over Shopee shipments and are unable to extend the same warranties to our products for orders placed on this platform.

We accept payments via GCash and bank transfer via BPI or BDO. More to come soon!

Shipping

We ship anywhere in the Philippines!

We're still firming up logistics for international shipping but we can accept special requests via FEDEX. Please email us at hello.shophumi@gmail.com.

We ship every Mondays only.

Please make sure to send your proof of payment on or before Saturday, 7PM to make it to the most immediate shipping schedule. Failure to do so will automatically schedule your order for next week's shipping.

It depends on your location, product size, and total order volume. Our system will automatically assign the shipping options and rates best fit for your order:

Metro Manila (via Blitz) - ranges from Php 90 to Php 200
Special Luzon: Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal (via Blitz) - ranges from Php 120 to Php 250
Provincial (via Blitz and GogoXpress) - ranges from Php 200 to Php 370

Note that shipping fees are subject to change without prior notice depending on 3rd party courier mandate, oil and gas price hikes, and other logistical developments that may influence the service.

Yes. Pickups are possible every Monday 9AM to 5PM only. For urgent shipping dispatch requests, please send us a Viber message (0945-2563300).

Metro Manila: within 2-3 business days upon payment confirmation
Outside Metro Manila: within 1-3 weeks upon payment confirmation

Kindly expect delays during nationwide lockdowns, national holidays, and poor weather conditions.


Additional Services

None of our current styles from the capsule collection are available for monogram. We do have old accessories on final sale at our Shopee Flagship Store that are available for free monogram. Check them out here!

Absolutely! Please email us the design, order quantity, and target delivery date at hello.shophumi@gmail.com.

Bulk orders of past or existing styles: Depending on availability, we strongly suggest placing your bulk orders at least 4-6 weeks before your intended date of delivery.

Custom orders: We normally accept custom orders for small to medium sized accessories with a minimum order quantity of 50-100 pieces, depending on the design.


Repairs, Returns & Exchanges

We extend free repairs for requests made within 30 days upon product delivery. Please fill out our form here.

All products bought from our store are final and non-refundable. However, requests for Return & Exchange may be honored. Please see details and fill out our form here.

We can extend free repairs for orders placed on Shopee. You may fill out the same form here. However, all sales made on Shopee are final and are not valid for returns or exchange unless the wrong product was delivered.
