What is your shipping coverage?
We ship anywhere in the Philippines.

International shipping can be arranged but we strongly encourage a minimum order of Php 5,000 or roughly 100 USD to get your shipping and handling fee’s worth. Email us (hello.shophumi@gmail.com) for details.

  • Price depends on location; you may pin "Estancia Mall" in Pasig for a pick-up fee estimate.
  • Full pick-up details will be provided upon payment confirmation.
  • Customer is in charge of booking his/her courier of choice and should make the  payment directly to the courier. Personal pickups are not allowed.

All shipping fees are inclusive of shipping insurance covering up to the first Php 500 of your cart. Should your order exceed Php 500 and wish to insure your entire cart instead, please email us before you settle your payment so we may provide you with the final shipping fee. Note that the cost to cover the entire value of your order is 1% of your total cart, e.g. total cart is Php 1,000— insurance is Php 10.

How long does standard shipping take?
Metro Manila: 1 to 3 working days upon dispatch
Special Luzon (Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal) and Provincial: 7 to 21 working days upon dispatch

Expect delays most especially during typhoons and holidays.

When do you dispatch orders?
Orders for standard shipping are dispatched every Tuesdays and Thursdays. Make sure to send in your proofs of payment prior to our dispatch days so we can slot you in!

Same day delivery pickups can also be scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays. If you need to have them on a specific date, please get in touch with us.

How can I track my package?
We ship via Blitz. You may track them here. They also get in touch with you directly so make sure to keep your phones/email close. In case you wish to follow up your parcel, you may send them a message on their Facebook page.
