Returns and Exchanges

All items purchased from Humi are considered final and are not valid for any refunds. We strongly encourage everyone to please check your carts before checking out. However, in cases wherein the product/s received is clearly flawed or damaged before shipping, the customer may file for a Return and Exchange.

How can I make a request for return and exchange?

Only requests submitted through this form will be prioritized for processing.

We process requests for returns and exchanges for unused and unmarked products within 5 days upon delivery. This policy does not apply for items bought on sale.

What qualifies for a return and exchange? 
1. A significant physical defect or damage that can no longer be repaired
2. A significant and deep stain or dirt that cannot be removed
3. Wrong product (item, size, or color) delivered
4. An exchange of color

Note: Change of mind, monogrammed products, normal wear and tear, and courier mishandling (e.g. folding of bags in half - we never do this!) are not covered by this policy. If you believe your package experienced courier mishandling, email us (hello.shophumi@gmail.com) within 24 hours upon receipt of package so we can take necessary action with the courier.

Do I need to pay the shipping fee to facilitate the exchange? 
Humi to shoulder all related shipping fees to facilitate exchange for:
- delivery of wrong product or product color
- delivery of product with irreversible damage

Customer to shoulder all related shipping fees for:
- request to change color of the product received
- request/s that were not deemed faulty

In any instance that the returned item is not deemed faulty, we reserve the right to refuse the returned product/s and will proceed to sending them back to the customer at their expense.

How long will the return and exchange process take?
Depending on the case, this usually takes 2-3 working days upon request approval and Humi’s receipt of original product for exchange.

What if the item for return and exchange is no longer in stock? 
Customer may:
- choose another color of the same design
- choose another product with the same or higher value than the product for exchange (any balance should be settled prior to delivery)
- wait for restock, if applicable
- convert the value of the product (excluding shipping fees) into store credits
