Do you offer free repairs?
Yes we do! You just need to fill up this form: Repairs Request Form
Only requests submitted through this form will be prioritized for processing.
For damages made known to us within 7 days upon receipt of item, free repairs and shipping related to the repair are extended.
For damages made known to us within 30 days but beyond the first 7 days upon receipt of item, we can still extend free repairs but client must shoulder all shipping fees related to the repair.
We can no longer accept requests for repairs on damages beyond 30 calendar days upon receipt of item.
What is covered by the free repair?
Our free repairs service covers the following:
- Significant faulty stitching
- Replacement and/or reattachment of defective hardware
- Any other defect in the making of the bag (ex. a significant tear or crack) that doesn’t necessarily make the product unusable.
How long does the repair take?
Depending on the nature of repair, it normally takes 5 to 10 working days.
Do you extend free repairs for items bought on sale?
Yes. While all sale items are deemed final, we will continue to extend free repairs service if the damage has been made known to us within 24 hours upon receipt of item. Note that the customer will shoulder all shipping fees related to the repair.
The no Return/ Refund/ Exchange policy for sale items still strongly applies.
