Orders and Payments

How do I place an order?
Browse through our website and select the style/s that best fit your needs. Add to cart when done and proceed to checkout when you’re ready to make your payment. Various payment portals and shipping methods will be available upon checkout.

What are your payment methods?
BPI, BDO, and Unionbank (Online or over the counter deposit)

What is your order reservation period?
We hold orders for three days upon placement of order. Payment must be made within this time. To request for a one day payment extension, please send us an email (hello.shophumi@gmail.com) so our team can take note. Otherwise, your reservation will be forfeited.

Only a 24-hour reservation period will be granted to customers who habitually (i.e. at least 3 consecutive times) place orders but leave them unpaid. Requests on payment extension will not be granted. Customer's record will be reset to 0 after a successfully paid transaction comes into effect.

May I order in bulk?
Yes. We extend bulk discounts to our Vegan Leather Essentials for a minimum order of 30 pieces. Products to be purchased in bulk are normally pre-ordered so we strongly suggest placing them at least 4-6 weeks before your intended date of delivery.

Do you accept custom orders?
Yes. We normally accept custom orders for small to medium sized accessories with a minimum order quantity of 50-100 pieces, depending on design intricacy. We are unable to accept custom requests for orders that do not meet our MOQ. Please email us your initial design and requirements at hello.shophumi@gmail.com.

Do you have other shopping platforms?
Yes, we're also available on Lazada! If you have vouchers in the app or want to score exclusive deals, you may want to consider shopping with us through the platform. Note though that we have no control over Lazada shipments. In any event that you experience shipping delays or courier mishandling, kindly directly coordinate with Lazada as we have no direct line with their logistics team.
